It's official, Microsoft and major PC vendors WILL be offering a coupon for a free upgrade to Vista with Vista capable PCs sold in Q4. This is so PC vendors don't take a major hit at Christmas time for people wanting to wait until the new operating system is out. So, feel free, buy away, and then get a coupon to upgrade to Vista when it finally releases...
