Xbox 360 ... and iPod Nano?

Ok, seriously, what is going on here? Microsoft work with Apple iPod. Microsoft settles a deal and a PARTNERSHIP with RealNetworks. The new Palm Treo 700 runs MICROSOFT WINDOWS CE MOBILE! How is this happening? I am fully convinced that there is no stopping Microsoft. I have a lot of respect for this company. Of course, I'm a conservative, so that should be no surprise, right? :-)
