Frequency blocking paint - that you can override

So we all know about the paint that blocks WiFi and cellular frequencies from working. Movie theatres and such want to use it to stop people from talking during movies (it blows my mind that people actually do this.) However, this is cool because they can selectively turn it on or off by putting an antenna system in there that they can leave on until the movie starts, and then shut down the frequencies once the film starts rolling. Still doesn't make for happy patrons that want to get buzzed when there's an emergency at home...
